How It All Started

In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry- defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Your Challenges:

1. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account management strategies, build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients.2. Drive post-cooperation business conversion and account monetization, oversee end-to-end order management, delivery fulfillment and issue resolution to ensure stable and efficient project execution.3. Conduct regular client communication and business reviews to identify core demands; coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver professional product solutions and after-sales support to meet client expectations.4. Manage contract arrangement, project scheduling and resource allocation, continuously optimize service quality and operational efficiency based on client feedback, and enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.5. Maintain comprehensive awareness of company products, market policies and pricing mechanisms. Drive incremental business growth of existing key accounts and participate in industry exhibitions and bidding projects to expand business scale.

Your profile includes:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 3 years of key account management or B2B sales working experience. Relevant experience in energy storage, photovoltaic, or consumer electronics industries is highly applicable.2. Skilled in key client relationship development and commercial negotiation, capable of building and maintaining long-term strategic client partnerships.3. Strong multi-project coordination and execution capabilities; able to respond quickly to client requirements and deliver end-to-end problem resolution.4. Proficient in data analysis and commercial judgment, supporting data-driven account operation and continuous business improvement.5. Fluent in German and English for professional business communication and documentation; Mandarin is a beneficial bonus.
