SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Client Relationship Management & Growth: Responsible for growing client accounts by continuously assessing their use cases, driving wider adoption of our data, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our products. Conduct regular check-ins to understand client growth trends, with feedback provided for forecasting and planning.
Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, resolving data inconsistencies and assisting with pricing adjustments or contract renewals.
Administrative Tasks: Handle yearly reporting, data usage reports, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups to ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks.
Process Automation: Work closely with CRM and internal software teams to define business requirements and automate administrative workflows, optimizing the sales process.
Market Insights: Gather and share valuable market insights with internal teams for product development and analysis.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (CRM, legal, technical) to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
