We are seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team under the leadership of the Key Account Management (KAM) Lead. This role will focus on managing relationships with small to medium-sized clients, driving revenue, and supporting administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline workflows, address client needs, and ensure smooth commercial operations. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales, account management, consultancy, or client success management.
  • Proven expertise with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM workflows.
  • Experience in sustainability-related roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (German is a bonus).
Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Growth: Responsible for growing client accounts by continuously assessing their use cases, driving wider adoption of our data, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our products. Conduct regular check-ins to understand client growth trends, with feedback provided for forecasting and planning.
Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, resolving data inconsistencies and assisting with pricing adjustments or contract renewals.
Administrative Tasks: Handle yearly reporting, data usage reports, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups to ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks.
Process Automation: Work closely with CRM and internal software teams to define business requirements and automate administrative workflows, optimizing the sales process.
Market Insights: Gather and share valuable market insights with internal teams for product development and analysis.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (CRM, legal, technical) to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
