Description

Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, provides process and water treatment chemical and equipment solutions with a customer base that includes major Power Producers, Chemical plants and Industrial gas processing. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Account Manager to join our Heavy Team in WA, ideally based in Kwinana, Mandurah and/or Bunbury.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and developing the current client base within the region, leveraging our strong customer relationships and driving service delivery.
  • With your team, devise and implement a business development strategy to maximise new account opportunities, for both process services and water treatment.
  • Develop your own and team’s capability through coaching and professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or related discipline
  • Significant direct sales experience
  • Exposed to the Power Industries, Chemical Manufacturing and/or Primary Metals Industry sectors
  • An excellent knowledge of water treatment or allied industry
  • A strong Safety focus
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills that will allow you to provide value to your customers
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication
