As part of our team, you will operate at the heart of the laundry providing our services, products and equipment to help them operate safely, efficiently and in an environmentally conscious manner. This role provides the perfect opportunity to apply your technical skills servicing and maintaining dosing equipment, providing guidance on wash processes, assessing wash results and working with the teams on the wash room floor to deliver our chemical programs. Service a small and established group of customer sites across Auckland & the Waikato region, providing support, technical advice and proactive recommendations as their expert on advanced laundry cleaning and sanitation Evaluate and optimize wash formulas and processes, connecting with laundry team to present recommendations Conduct detailed audits of laundry systems, utilizing performance data to review dosing equipment and advanced chemistry Lead root-cause investigations when servicing and maintaining Ecolab’s equipment, as well as the transporting and pumping of Ecolab chemicals at customer sites Collaborate with a talented and passionate team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the division Drive growth within your accounts by identifying new opportunities, promoting innovation and optimizing their processes to meet our customers’ needs Don’t worry if you don’t have everything on this list, we are always willing to support your development with training. Above all else, a great attitude is key.
