About the Role
We’re a leading technology company in the Print on Demand (POD) industry, and we’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Account Manager & Inbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
We provide a platform that integrates with major e-commerce stores, enabling them to offer custom-printed merchandise without the need for stock. Our clients range from global sports teams in the Premier League, international rugby teams, and major music labels to independent entrepreneurs.
This hybrid role, based out of our Bristol office, is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about both building strong client relationships and driving new business. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through to a successful, long-term partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Management: Nurture and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance. You’ll conduct regular check-ins, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for clients to expand their product ranges and add more stores.
  • Inbound Sales: Manage the full sales cycle for new clients who inquire about our services. You’ll walk them through the onboarding process, help them with product sampling, and ensure a seamless integration with their e-commerce platforms.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including our production and design departments, to ensure new product samples and special projects (like tour merchandise) are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You’ll be the bridge between the client’s vision and our operational execution.
  • Strategic Growth: Act as a key player in the company’s expansion. You’ll contribute to improving our sales processes and CRM systems, and you’ll actively engage in outbound activities to introduce our services to prospective clients.
  • Travel: Attend industry conferences and events in the UK, Europe, and the US to network, build relationships, and stay ahead of the curve.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a driven individual with a knack for building rapport and a strong desire to see clients succeed. You’re comfortable with a hybrid working model and a flexible schedule, as many of our key clients are based in the US.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as Account Management or Sales, preferably within the technology, e-commerce, or creative industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
  • A proactive and independent working style.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
