Position Summary
Reporting to the Country Manager, the focus of the role is to grow the Edrington portfolio within on-trade (bars & restaurants). Special focus on developing the super- & ultra-premium portfolio in influential bars and restaurants, mainly in the capital area. This includes building strong customer relationships and executing thorough customer plans for key customers. As well as, executing leading brand activations in collaboration with Brand Ambassadors and Trade Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities also include supporting the Finnish off-trade strategy by implementing coordinated on-trade launches to align with off-trade.

THE JOB ALSO INCLUDES:

  • Enhance Edrington’s presence in luxury and strategic outlets in the capital area by driving distribution, rotation, and brand presence at new and existing customers.
  • Build strong customer engagement within fine dining restaurants and premium cocktail bars to grow Edrington super- & ultra-premium portfolio.
  • Establish strong customer base by closing new contracts and managing customer P&L.
  • Implement and execute leading brand activations and campaigns at key customers, assigned by Country manager or local Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Deliver defined actions to support off-trade strategy, including new launches.
  • Participate in trade/consumer/wholesaler fairs and product launches.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS;

  • Minimum: secondary school graduate and/or relevant education
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong negotiation skills, business mindset and have good financial acumen
  • Skilled at building social networks and fostering strong relationships
  • Understanding of the Luxury goods market
  • Experience with FMCG sales, with luxury goods is a plus
  • Understanding of the on-trade channel, with experience is a plus
