THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an Account Manager - Education to join our highly skilled Enterprise Sales team in Sydney.
Your key focus will be to maintain and grow our successful Education portfolio, through maintaining and developing opportunities with existing clients, and identifying and converting new business opportunities across Process Automation, IT Managed Services and Print.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter. We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in Education sales, ideally including selling enterprise-wide services and solutions
  • Superior territory management and planning skills, together with the effective use of Salesforce/CRM systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including key internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills, incorporating C-level engagement
Responsibilities
  • Grow our Education portfolio, through the effective promotion of FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s (FBAU) value propositions to both new and existing customers
  • Identify and engage with key decision makers to understand their challenges and strategic drivers, and build effective business relationships
  • Meet and sales exceed target through high touch sales coverage
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly with cross functional sales teams and key administrative teams to deliver high levels of sales performance
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity
