About the Job: Our Educational Sales team brings KiwiCo’s products to the educational market. Segments we focus on are after-school, summer, and enrichment programs that share our passion for hands-on learning. We’re a small, dynamic, and collaborative group that loves building long-term partnerships in the education space. KiwiCo is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Account Manager to join a highly collaborative educational sales team focused on driving medium-to-large Educational account sales across the full range of the KiwiCo product portfolio. The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for maintaining a list of active customers and growing the customer base by establishing new customer accounts. Role and Responsibilities: Maintaining relationships with existing large accounts to drive retention and achieve long-term partnerships; act as the main point of contact in all matters relating your customers, including following up to ensure customer needs are met (40%) Advising and guiding potential customers to the right products and solutions based on their unique needs. Deliver accurate quotes and pricing within company guidelines and approvals. (30%) Targeting, prospecting, and closing new businesses, building and maintaining a sales pipeline to deliver on sales targets. (20%) Representing KiwiCo at Educational conferences, showcasing and demonstrating how KiwiCo STEM kits can be incorporated seamlessly into new or existing programs (
Responsibilities
