Description

As an Account Manager, you will be the face of SCHURTER in the Benelux. You will be responsible for finding, winning, and growing customers in the HMI and components market, as well as supporting fellow account managers and sales channels in the Northern European region. With your technical knowledge and commercial acumen, you will be able to convince new customers and deepen existing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales responsibility and achievement of the sales in Benelux regio
  • Development and expansion of the lead Customer base
  • Manage and drive new business opportunities and design inDevelop and maintain strong relationships at Lead Customers and Distributors
  • Customer support in cooperation with group companies and functional stakeholders
  • Continuous account activity planning, implementation and creation of strategic account plans
  • Ensure profitable revenue growth (POP/POS)
  • Carrying out potential, trend and competition analysis
  • Provide extraordinary customer experience

Requirements:

  • HBO-level education, ideally in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years of sales experience in electronics or a related field
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • A driver’s license and willingness to travel (including abroad)
  • Sharp commercial instincts and a proactive mindset
