Responsibilities
  • You take ownership of the region’s growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline
  • Maintaining a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible, you definitely do not like sitting in an office
  • Responsible for Customer Management: Deliver market leading service and support to Elgas’ high value commercial customers in your region
  • Furthermore, you will be self-generating New Business, take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers to Elgas
  • You will skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate a win/win outcome for Elgas and the customer
  • In addition to this, you will collaborate closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting network
  • Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region
