About the opportunity..
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join the ELMO team in Brisbane in our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, with a particular emphasis on ensuring the successful renewal of contracts as well as capitalising on opportunities to upsell and cross sell within an allocated portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for growth accounts, in the mid market space, fostering strong, long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • SaaS Renewals: Take ownership of the renewal process, working closely with clients to ensure that our solutions continue to meet their needs and negotiating favorable terms that support both client objectives and company goals.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, contributing to the overall growth of the account.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise client performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring that our solutions are fully aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Experience: Demonstrated success in account management within a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on contract renewals and client retention, cross selling and upselling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within existing accounts, across mixed verticals
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborative Approach: A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve client success.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools; knowledge of HR practices is preferable.
  • Goal orientated over achiever, comfortable with solution selling
