Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management – Actively manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities to increase their adoption of Siemens software and associated services.
  • New Business Development – Prospect, identify, and win new customers, strategically growing your account base and contributing to the business’s overall success.
  • Consultative Selling – Understand customer challenges, advise on suitable solutions, and identify opportunities for consultancy and additional services, including software training and maintenance.
  • Implementation Management – Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation of products and services delivered by Emixa.
