Account Manager Salary: $120,000 - $150,000/year Kickstart the next chapter of your leadership career with Empirical! We’re expanding our financial systems modernization support portfolio and seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as Key Personnel. If you excel at leading complex modernization efforts, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑impact results, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: * Lead high‑visibility, mission‑critical program activities across planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. * Oversee and mentor junior and mid‑level staff, ensuring quality and consistency across all work products. * Complete required acquisition and program documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and lifecycle deliverables. * Manage Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, and Risk Management activities. * Direct and coordinate multiple functional groups to ensure timely, high‑quality results. * Support migration from legacy financial, procurement, and asset management systems to modernized solutions. * Provide strategic guidance to leadership, SMEs, and integrated project teams.
