Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Manager at enable.services, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing long term relationships with our valued clients. From day one, your focus will be on delivering measurable results, supporting clients throughout their journey, and identifying opportunities to introduce our digital solutions.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, value led experience. Your aim will be to foster client satisfaction, promote retention, and uncover growth opportunities through upselling and cross selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed.
  • Build and sustain strong, long term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Drive additional sales within existing accounts through upselling and cross selling.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within current client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless service across all client touchpoints.
  • Monitor and forecast key account metrics and performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client communications and transactions.
  • Lead quarterly Impact Review sessions to ensure objectives are being achieved and value is being delivered.
  • Work with the sales team on new business opportunities.
