Job Description We are looking for an Account Manager, End User to be based in our Brisbane office. Position Summary This customer-facing role will be responsible for meeting allocated sales target through growing existing business / developing new business for all RA products / services / solutions portfolio through a disciplined planning and sales execution process. You will maintain relationships at assigned accounts including Users, OEMs, and Integrators, while engaging with distributors to ensure efficient use of resources. What Will Success Is Achieve allocated sales target in products, services and solutions Growth in existing account and acquisition of / new accounts Improvement in customer satisfaction for assigned account packages Distributors / Market Access Key Responsibilities Maintain a collaborative relationship with the RA Distributor/s and team members. Develop account plans for assigned account packages which includes systems integrators, end-users, OEMs, EPCs. Spend at least 70% of time visiting customers to support account plans. Adopt our disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front-log using available sales tools. Ensure customer satisfaction through contacts / visits. Facilitate resolution of customer issues. Analyse current business levels against allocated sales target and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts. Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings. Ensure Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities familiarity with company procedures. Apply procedures in compliance with government laws. Procedures include: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography. Perform any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by Manager. The Essentials - You Will Have: Passion to win Strong collaboration in order to manage our selling model Demonstrated technical experience and industry experience to understand customers issues and providing capabilities to address these issues. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects) The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. 3 years selling experience in the industry Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous.
