ACCOUNT MANAGER

This position offers a base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commission. OTE for first year is ~$56k - $65k with high performers exceeding $80k+.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong phone sales, B2B sales, consumer/retail sales or professional sales experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Excellent work ethic, coachable, and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- College degree preferred. (Not required)
Responsibilities:
- Generate demand for England services through provided prospecting platforms
- Identify solutions for prospective clients in a rapidly growing marketplace
- Educate clients and prospects on their respective market’s conditions and provide accurate short and long-term pricing
- Foster relationships with previous England clients to rekindle profitable partnerships
- Manage a book of business as relationships develop, while continuing to work on new business acquisition
- Multitask in a Windows-based environment
