The company we represent is currently interviewing for an Entry Level Account Manager in their business development and sales department. As an Account Manager, you will act as the go-between for the client and your customer portfolio. And once proficient in sales, you will move into a Small Business Advisor role.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, in-person, in a professional, friendly manner
  • Operates as the point of contact for your customer portfolio on behalf of various clients
  • Generate sales among customer accounts
  • Answer customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities
  • Work with the team on sales goals and business development needs

Skills of the ideal Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
  • BS Degree is preferred but not required with relevant work experience
  • Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office – this is not a remote position
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience (especially working with customers; restaurant and retail experience is a major plus!)
