About the Role We are looking for an Account Manager to join a fast-growing marine technology company specialized in environmental solutions designed to restore and regenerate marine ecosystems. Through cutting-edge engineering and nature-based technologies, we help ports, cruise lines, energy companies, and infrastructure investors meet environmental regulations while actively enhancing marine biodiversity. This is a commercially focused driven Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona and lead business development across Spain, Europe, and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage enterprise B2B accounts in the marine and coastal infrastructure sectors Engage with global cruise operators, major energy companies, and infrastructure investment funds owning marine terminals Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and sustainability decision-makers Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions Lead consultative and strategic sales cycles, coordinating with engineering teams for tailored solutions Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and international meetings Identify and convert new business opportunities within environmental and marine infrastructure projects Requirements Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally managing enterprise accounts Background in one or more of the following sectors: Environmental services Marine engineering Offshore / energy Port infrastructure Sustainability solutions Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles Fluency in English and Spanish Willingness to travel internationally Genuine passion for sustainability and marine ecosystem restoration What We Offer Competitive compensation package: fixed + performance-based variable Opportunity to join a high-growth, international expansion phase A meaningful role contributing directly to marine biodiversity regeneration Exposure to global clients and large-scale infrastructure projects A purpose-driven environment where innovation meets environmental impact
