Description

This is a really great opportunity for somebody who thrives on building and developing customer relationships. You must be customer-centric in your approach and be able to proactively manage customers’ expectations.

What will you need to do?

  • Look after a portfolio of accounts, building on the relationships, maximising and developing the accounts
  • Inspire and excite your customers, showing them how the hottest snack trends can make their business better.
  • Educate your customers on the incremental profit opportunities offered by our exciting product categories
  • Engage your customers and integrate our relationships to be key parts of their business,

Who are we looking for?

  • You’ll have a proven expertise in delivering profitable account management
  • An energy & passion for selling remotely
  • You’ll be resilient and driven to achieve your targets,
  • You can demonstrate how you make your customers value your calls and make time in their busy schedules
  • You’ll have a gift for developing product expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs
  • You’ll have a friendly, professional manner that will be a great additional to our culture and help drive team performance
  • You must live within a commutable distance of Consett, County Durham

For giving us your best, you’ll receive up to £29,500 OTE (…and you’ll also compete for regular prizes and small incentives from our fantastic suppliers). Your basic salary will be between £25,400 - £28,100 dependent on experience, and you’ll receive up to 5% bonus

As a full-time team member, you’ll typically work 40 hours per week - usually 8.30am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We don’t normally work weekends or bank holidays.
