OVERVIEW

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and oversee the delivery of all campaigns. This role focuses on building and nurturing internal and external client relationships, and to create media strategy and implementation recommendations across all media for their clients. The Account Manager is responsible for monitoring campaign performance, providing data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities to optimize and expand accounts. You’ll be working within the digital space and preferably be interested in how data is used to drive real-time relationships with users/audiences. You’ll be curious about how incremental growth is changing the face of the digital market and are open to challenging the current status around attribution models. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, digital marketing expertise, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction and retention.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 3 years account management/agency experience
  • Extensive experience in Adtech, Martech, SAAS
  • Experience of Digital Media, Retargeting, Direct marketing/CRM preferred
  • Strong media understanding including an understanding and experience in using the full suite of media planning and measurement tools

    Responsibilities
    • Understand and apply the full capabilities of Epsilon Digital Media Solutions to internal Publicis Agencies, with a key focus on Audience Media business line
    • Develop, and maintain relationships with agency and clients - managing both APEX and agency expectations, resolving campaign issues (creative, pixels), creative updates, insights, ongoing campaign management
    • Oversee new campaign launches - including coordinating with Media Delivery, ensuring campaign is set up correctly and launched on time
    • Manage creative process when needed, ensuring creative execution is delivered on time and meets clients’ expectations
    • Requesting campaign launch actions with agency/clients; pixels, tracking, etc
    • Resolve campaign launch issues; pixel/tag issues, reporting complications, approval tickets for tracking etc
    • Pull and collate accurate campaign insights and weekly reports for agency teams - coordinate with analytics and delivery team
    • Work successfully alongside the Audience Media team, located across APAC
    • Admin; updating salesforce, and finance queries to ensure timely billing and revenue recognition
    • Generate market-relevant collateral (case studies, one-pagers, market insights)
