We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role with clear revenue and target expectations. As an Account Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of the customer relationship, acting as a trusted advisor, solving problems, and providing business and technology advice.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth with existing customers, hitting agreed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to align with EPX’s products and services.
  • Consistently forecast work with 80% accuracy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities through account development and outbound engagement.
  • Act as your customers’ trusted advisor and primary point of contact, balancing consultative advice with commercial outcomes.
  • Conduct onsite or online presentations showcasing EPX services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, quotes and respond to RFP/RFI documents.
  • Manage contracts, agreements and SLAs to ensure clarity and profitability.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of EPX’s service offerings and effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, profitable client relationships and obtain referrals and testimonials to support further growth.
  • Perform regular profitability checks on accounts and take action where required.
