Description
Attend meetings with account servicing team leader and creative/poroduction team to provide design support in taking brief on any creative/adaptation work requirements The AM/SAE should effectively consolidate brief from client or from the account servicing leaders. Put together meeting notes and recaps to facilitate accurate interpretation of client’s briefings and comments. Ensure briefings are precisely received by creative team to minimize rework and work closely with internal designer/ artist to ensure delivery of design/ meeting client’s expectations and budget. Manage timelines and resource trackings to ensure projects run smoothly. Arrange internal briefing/debriefs, creative review and closely follow-up on creative deliverables. Address lead time concern with creative team to meet client’s CPS. Book design jobs in system, prepare job brief, estimation & quotations, status reports, job closure, invoice requirements. To support new business pitch or organic growth   Collage above holder in graphic design or marketing. AM (5 years+)/SAE (3 years+) experience in agency account servicing, creative services or design. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) or other process management tools. Ability to effectively prioritize workload and exercise time management skills Self-motivated, mature, and confident to manage project with independency Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong under pressure Team player Ownership and readiness of working overtime when required Knowledge in In-Store Marketing implementation, Point of Sale or O2O Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills or knowledge would be an advantage
