What you will do Build and maintain strong business relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders. Engage regularly with customers to understand their business needs, priorities, and challenges. Present high-level, value-driven solutions aligned with customer objectives. Translate customer requirements into viable commercial and technical proposals. Mobilize and manage internal resources to design, sell, and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations, enabling seamless implementation and execution. Cultivate strong internal and external partnerships to support customer success and Ericsson's business goals. Develop and execute innovative account strategies that drive customer expansion and revenue growth. Conduct market and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate business risks through effective account and commercial management.
