Job Description Responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market share within assigned hospitals/accounts. The role includes product promotion, customer relationship management, clinical case support, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure successful product adoption and business growth. Achieve sales and profit targets for assigned products and territories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, cath lab staff, X-Tay staff , OR staff and hospital stakeholders. Promote company products and identify opportunities to increase product utilization within hospitals. Provide clinical and technical support during procedures/cases in cath lab , X-Ray and operating room. Coordinate with physicians and hospital staff to ensure smooth case support and product availability. Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers and distributors. Prepare sales forecasts, monitor stock levels, and support inventory management. Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy. Work closely with internal teams including marketing, clinical specialists, and distributors to achieve business objectives. Support new product launches and market development activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of working experience in medical sales. Experience handling hospital accounts, tenders, and distributor channels is highly preferred. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and distributors. Develop and execute territory and account plans to expand market share and grow existing business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare institutions.
