We are searching for an Account Manager to work in our Professional Hygiene Business Unit. Our brand Tork , is at the center of everything we do. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are responsible for providing on-going support to various accounts, implementing business strategies to achieve profitable growth and identify new revenue opportunities with accounts and develop new business.
This will be a remote position responsible for covering Northern and parts of Central Finland. The ideal candidate should live within the aligned territory (preferably Oulu area or nearby) and have ability to travel on a regular basis. The role calls for an independent working style and self leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage a group of identified accounts to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing customers
  • Responsible for the direct sales process
  • Prepare short and long-range sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach targets
  • Negotiate sales plan and conditions with customer
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Tork business
  • Introduce new products/services to customers and organize visits to current and potential customers to drive sales expansion
  • Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of customer’s business
  • Maintain and retain long-term customer relationships with established customers
  • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities
  • Ensure that our customers receive high quality service
