We’re constantly bringing on new clients for our business, Exceptional Thinking. These clients are coming to us because they want us to find and book appointments with potential clients for their businesses. When they come on board, they’re usually a bit hesitant as they’ve often been burnt in the past by other companies, but they’re also excited because they are hoping we can do a great job for them.
We are looking for someone to work with these new clients to ‘onboard’ them properly. This means speaking to a new client prior to their kick off meeting, attending the kick off meeting, setting the new client up on all of our systems, writing LinkedIn messages, telemarketing scripts and emails, training our telemarketing team, and getting to know the client really well over the next three to four months, meeting with them weekly and speaking with them over the phone.
This is a unique and interesting role which would suit you if you’re organised, love working with people, happy to speak to people on the phone or on a zoom/teams meeting, great at customer service and pride yourself on giving a first-class customer experience.
