DAY IN THE LIFE AT EXPLORING GRAPHICS ACCOUNT MANAGER – LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS Location: Atlanta, GA At Exploring Graphics, our Account Managers are the connection between our clients and our production teams. They help turn ideas into finished graphic solutions — from concept discussions to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing projects, and working in a fast-paced graphics production environment. Every day is a mix of client communication, project coordination, and problem-solving to ensure every project is delivered on time and at the highest quality.  Connecting with Clients and Reviewing Projects The day often begins by reviewing active projects, production timelines, and client requests. Account Managers typically start by: * Responding to client emails and project inquiries * Reviewing project specifications and artwork requirements * Coordinating with the production team on timelines and job status * Preparing estimates or proposals for new graphic projects Communication and organization are key to keeping projects moving smoothly. MANAGING PRODUCTION AND CLIENT NEEDS As projects move into production, Account Managers work closely with designers, printers, and finishing teams to ensure everything is progressing as planned. This part of the day may include: * Reviewing proofs and artwork approvals with clients * Coordinating print production schedules * Ensuring materials, sizes, and finishing details are correct * Managing multiple projects simultaneously Account Managers help ensure that client expectations and production capabilities stay aligned. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND FINDING OPPORTUNITIES A successful Account Manager doesn’t just manage projects — they build long-term client relationships. Later in the day, you may be: * Following up with clients about upcoming projects * Identifying opportunities for additional graphic solutions * Meeting with clients to discuss new campaigns or installations * Working with internal teams to develop creative solutions Strong relationships help create repeat business and long-term partnerships. PREPARING FOR WHAT’S NEXT Before wrapping up the day, Account Managers ensure: * Projects are progressing through production * Client questions have been addressed * New opportunities are captured and documented Preparation helps ensure the next day begins with clear priorities and organized workflows.
