Job Description: Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts or territories.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer support, product development) to deliver high-quality service.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel if required.
