Description The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within a designated territory, driving revenue growth, and supporting field operations. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role working closely with Operations to deliver service solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the oil & gas sector Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful job execution and service delivery Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and site walk-downs Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company guidelines Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer feedback Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and service offerings Requirements Qualifications 3–7+ years of oil & gas field sales or related industry experience Strong understanding of field operations for oil and gas service company Proven ability to build relationships and close business Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory Physical Requirements Regular field presence required, including walking job sites, climbing, and working in outdoor environments.
