Bristol based First Quality Foods is looking for an experienced Account Manager to take the company’s flagship flapjack brand – Giant Bars – to the next level!
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to manage and build our brand sales in the UK and Europe.
We have an extensive customer base of wholesalers, distributors and importers. We’ve developed fantastic working relationships over the years and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture and develop these accounts to achieve our ambitious growth plans.

• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Main point of contact for customers
• Ensuring regular contact with key customers
• Recording/analysing of purchases and managing forecasting
• Maintain and update customer database and records
• Organise samples and marketing materials to customers
• Manage on-boarding and integration of new accounts
• Work closely with credit controller to ensure customer accounts are operated satisfactorily
• Working with the support of the marketing department to promote our products with the customer base
• Deal with any customer complaints
• Manage all new-line forms and promotional activation forms
• Attend exhibition stands to represent company at specific trade shows in the UK or abroad, as required
• Build strong working relationships with customers
• Engage in annual price reviews and activation
• Other commercial duties as assigned
