Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role within our Project Management team, managing a key client account and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects from brief to deployment. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships, act as the main point of contact, and coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage projects for a variety of channels from brief to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and effective resource planning and allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding clients’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction through clear communication and problem solving.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  • Monitoring project progress and outputs to ensure they meet predefined quality standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and update WIP documents, project trackers, and status reports to keep teams and stakeholders always informed.
  • Track project expenditures and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget
