KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:     Stabilize existing business and achieve steady growth through customer management to achieve sales target. Execute sales strategy within responsible area in consideration of overall regional sales strategy under the supervision of Sales Manager. Observe and analyze markets, competitors and customers to improve sales performance by wining new customer. Resolve issues at daily business base, which includes customer complaint, overdue, technical issue and others to maximize customer satisfaction as well as reduce claim and compensation risk. Ensure a healthy rate of AR and prevent bad debt occurrence       REQUIREMENTS:   Bachelor degree with 5 or more working experience in chemical industry or in packaging/label industry Strong sense of business development Strong ability of communication, convincing and negotiation Be able to close the deals independently Highly aggressive, resilient and tenacious
