Description

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in Forex sales, relationship management, or trading, specifically within the MENA market.
  • Strong understanding of Forex market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE financial market, regulations, and economic landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking and business development skills.
  • Fluency in other languages like Chinese, Vietnamese ,French or Russian are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • UAE-based and familiar with local business culture, compliance standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients, including corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Advise clients on Forex market trends, strategies, and risk management solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Analyze market conditions and provide accurate and timely market updates to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Forex services and products.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of local regulations, compliance requirements, and economic factors impacting Forex trading in the UAE.
  • Negotiate and close Forex deals, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability for the company.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring clients’ ongoing needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., trading, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions and high-level customer service.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the Forex sales division.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with financial platforms and Forex trading tools (e.g., MetaTrader).
  • Existing network of high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, or corporate contacts in the UAE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
