The role is offered initially as a 3-6 month freelance agreement, but is likely to convert to a permanent role in the near future. As an experience Account Manager you'll play a pivotal role on some of our flagship accounts. Working closely with senior management, you’ll provide strategic counsel and contribute fresh perspectives and new ideas; challenge thinking and provide high-value guidance. You will play a key role in driving excellent client service and delivery of results across your portfolio of accounts. You’ll be working with collaborative teams on UK and global integrated programs encompassing corporate positioning and reputation, high-level media and analyst relations, social media, executive communications, issues management, product and employee communications. Working closely with senior management, you’ll: Drive media coverage, pitching stories and find creative angles, craft and refine press releases and content while developing and strengthening relationships with key media contacts. Work with our global technology specialists in FH offices throughout our network and across the wider Omnicom network, ensuring processes and systems work efficiently and support the development of integrated campaigns and hub team activity. Support the smooth running of accounts, developing and overseeing high-quality deliverables, providing feedback and guidance to the junior team Contribute to the management of client budgets; overseeing development, tracking, billing and communications. Actively involved in the team’s new business efforts; looking for opportunities for client growth or cross-practice initiatives, supporting marketing activity and networking with prospects. Inspire and mentor junior team members to ensure a highly engaged, inclusive and productive team. About you Experience in B2B Tech comms, ideally within an agency. Sector experience in AI, quantum, cyber security, future of work would be advantageous You'll bring strong media, influencer and content expertise Posses established account and project management skills, with strong attention to detail Knowledge of/interest in emerging and multi-media is essential – e.g., influencers, podcasts, substack Events experience considered a bonus Proactive, responsive and agile You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days p/week.
