Your diverse role is vital to servicing and meeting our customers’ needs. In collaboration with our Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver teams, you will build relationships with our customers, manage orders and inventory requirements, analyze/forecast sales data, and perform other related responsibilities.

BUDGETARY

  • Prepare an annual personal sales budget plan along with updated quarterly forecasts for their selected group of accounts, including seeking strategic sales opportunities
  • Meet sales budgets and monthly sales targets, providing reports as required
  • Assist Accounting in seeking credit approval on new accounts along with credit monitoring for the roster of accounts (ensuring accounts are all within terms)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Min 2 years experience in hunting and building new accounts
  • Fresh produce knowledge and industry experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of sales and logistics functions
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid data analysis and reporting skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Second language is an asset
