Requirements:

  • Proven business development experience in a competitive, demanding business sector
  • Waste management industry experience an asset, specifically to larger complex industrial sites requiring multiple industry services.
  • Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through
  • Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Experience in Industrial Services, Shutdown, Turnaround and related experience will be an asset but not mandator
Responsibilities
  • Seek out business development with new and existing clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.
  • Always represent the company in a professional manner to ensure every opportunity is taken to promote the brand.
  • Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between customer and operational staff.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding competitors and pricing strategies.
  • Formulate business plans and strategies to meet business development targets.
  • Must be willing to travel as required, with a 70/30 travel-to-office split.
