Join Team Green as an Account Manager – Southeast Saskatchewan (Based in Regina) GFL Environmental is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our solid waste division, supporting customers across Southeast Saskatchewan. If you’re a hands-on sales professional who thrives on connection, accountability, and follow-through. What You’ll Do Manage and renew a large portfolio of existing customer contracts across Southeast Saskatchewan. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients. Conduct cold calls, site visits and network to generate leads, prepare quotes, negotiate renewals, and ensure customer satisfaction Analyze customer waste stream needs and offer tailored solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive market activities. Represent GFL at business meetings, industry events, and civic functions. What You Bring Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales: 2–3 years in sales, ideally within industrial, construction, or service-based industries. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. People Savvy: Down-to-earth and approachable — able to engage confidently with hands-on industries and high-conflict situations. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your time, and deliver results. Valid Driver’s License: Travel within the assigned region is required.
