You’ll be joining a company that’s serious about excellence — not just in what we deliver, but how we work together. Who do we need? We’re looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to join our sales team, with a clear focus on expanding existing client relationships. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, including both recently landed accounts and long-standing relationships, with responsibility for growing them over time. This role is ideal for someone who has experience delivering the “expand” part of a land-and-expand strategy, identifying, shaping and converting opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll operate within an established sales and account management structure, with clear processes, tools and expectations in place. We’re looking for someone who uses the latest AI tools to execute to a high standard and at pace, bringing consistency and commercial focus to their work. You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, CTO and Delivery Director on strategic accounts, and lead independently on others. What will you be doing? You’ll take ownership of a defined portfolio of accounts, driving growth through structured, high-quality account management and commercial activity. Key responsibilities: * Own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.  * Create and deliver strategic account plans on a quarterly basis.  * Identify, qualify and progress new opportunities within your accounts.  * Build relationships with new stakeholders across client organisations.  * Lead structured, high-quality client meetings to:  * Share relevant ideas and innovation  * Understand client priorities and challenges  * Assess relationship strength  * Uncover new opportunities  * Take opportunities through the sales process, collaborating with:  * Sales Director  * Technical and delivery teams  * Contribute to proposals, solution design and client pitches.  * Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in HubSpot CRM.  * Operate within established sales processes and account management frameworks.  * Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, including the account management newsletter.  * Use modern tools, including AI (e.g. LLMs), to improve efficiency and quality of work.  What will measuring success look like? * Growth in revenue across your accounts.  * Number and quality of expansion opportunities generated and converted.  * Strength of relationships within client organisations.  * Consistency and quality of account planning and execution.  * Proactivity and ownership in managing your accounts.  What might you be like? You’re a structured and commercially aware professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You’re comfortable working within established processes and know how to apply them effectively. You’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders and can run meetings that are clear, purposeful and productive. You take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and moving them forward. You’re also open to new ways of working and interested in using tools like AI to improve how you operate. Ideal experience: * Experience in B2B sales, account management or client-facing roles in tech, consultancy or digital environments.  * Proven experience growing existing accounts.  * Experience working with large or complex organisations.  * Strong commercial awareness and opportunity qualification skills.  * Confident communicator, both written and verbal.  * Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).  * Interest in AI tools and modern ways of working.  * Ability to collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions.
