Job purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Account Management team, specifically focussed on supporting our Global Mobility client portfolio. This position will play a crucial role in managing client accounts of varying sizes, fostering relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and increasing our share of wallet and revenue within this client base. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and have a keen interest in developing a career in account management within our industry.
This role will work closely with, and report into, the Account Director for Global Mobility and help support them in the efforts grow the vertical, manage the best interest of all clients and the wider business.
This role will require attending relevant industry events, and does require travel to these, and also to visit clients in their home locations so some international travel is needed. This role can be based in either our HQ in Exeter, or our London office, and will require travel to both on average every 4-6 weeks.
Key responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or account management role is advantageous
  • Previous experience in or of the Global Mobility sector whether inhouse, RMC, supplier or partner is helpful but not required
  • Previous experience in corporate housing, serviced accommodation or hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in using CRM software including Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently
