Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ Sales experience in Manufacturing, Information Technology, or Computer Software industry
  • Sales experience with CAD software, preferably SOLIDWORKS, solutions preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to account management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and profit targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth within accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand each client’s unique business challenges and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  • Account Planning:
  • Create and implement account plans to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to align GoEngineer solutions with their strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies.
  • Customer Success:
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with GoEngineer solutions and services.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in NetSuite.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients.
