Understands the client industry to identify the client's business strategies and challenges and align the organization's capabilities to the client's business and IT priorities. Builds and executes account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to grow the organization's share in the accounts. Acts as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback. Strengthens the organization's relationship with the client maintaining a high level of loyalty and acting as a trusted advisor for business and IT-related concerns. Collaborates closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure a unified approach to customer success. Develops a business-case approach to provide business rationale for client proposals and investments. Builds and maintains sales pipeline activity by identifying, nurturing, and closing new solution opportunities. Utilizes data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer relationships. Stays updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed guidance to customers. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, sharing best practices and insights. Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects. Complexity Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.
