Field Management, to include:
Co-ordination of field staff & equipment- Co-ordination with suppliers- Scheduled reviews with clients- Proactive approach to Continuous Improvement, problem solving and innovation- Management of client revenue streams- Management of field staff, as well as HR-related issues
Budget and Plan Objectives, to include:
Contributing to Green Field Marketing’s Gross Profit Targets- Costing individual contracts and projects- Capturing all projected costs and time required- Planning for optimum Efficiency- Negotiating costs with client’s and suppliers to ensure ‘Win Win’- Client activity analysis- Actively managing & developing client relationships- Reviewing & proposing new revenue streams from existing clients & new clients- Ensuring that all personnel (field & office) are briefed on period plans and that a comprehensive period action plan is compiled & distributed.- Ensure that all account executives are fully briefed on all jobs.- Liase with consultants regarding gaining contract work with their existing clients.
