Job Description YOUR MISSION Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city, making it more convenient and easy than ever. Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Groceries Vertical in Poland that consists of top grocery supermarkets. Analyse partners operational performance, profitability and assortment. Make shopping via Glovo app a real and convenient alternative to visiting the stores. THE JOURNEY Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s top grocery partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner meetings and business reviews). Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and report performance metrics, build plans to enhance them. Drive data-backed decision-making - investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements. Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling). Improve Glovo’s revenue through additional revenue streams (in app marketing). Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements. Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth. Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 2+ years of experience in Account Management / FMCG and/or Business Consultancy - experience in dealing with top grocery partners will be an advantage. Strategic thinking - you don’t just manage partners; you help them grow. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you know how to influence and build long-term relationships. You’re comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.
