Kinder’s is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in grocery and natural retailers within the Northeast territory. Internally, this role is titled Business Development Manager, Northeast, and it’s a critical part of our sales team. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about being part of a hard-working, collaborative team focused on bringing the future of flavor to consumers everywhere.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver profitable growth for Kinder’s by building and executing joint business plans with our natural retail partners.
  • Manage customer relationships, business planning, and trade management utilizing cross-functional resources and data sources.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations for joint business planning, category/line reviews, new distribution opportunities, and promotional planning.
  • Expand assortment by identifying category gaps and providing Kinder’s solutions, including new product innovation.
  • Manage event execution—includes forecasting, promotional planning (TPM Solution), trade shows, and post-event analysis.
  • Oversee trade spending—track sales agency commissions, advertising/promo funds, and budgets using trade management tools.
  • Manage broker partners and grocer relationships within your respective markets.
  • Manage relationships with grocers in your respective markets.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and support retailer initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner by leveraging data and insights to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
