ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager & Growth Executive to join our team. This hybrid role blends the relationship-building strengths of account management with the strategic focus of customer success and the commercial edge of internal sales support. You’ll be the go-to person for nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the sales team with lead generation and CRM management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Account Management: Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, drive adoption, and ensure they’re getting maximum value from our solutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prepare proposals, and support lead generation efforts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, track client interactions, and generate reports.
  • Lead Generation: Research and qualify new leads, support outbound campaigns, and contribute to pipeline development.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client feedback is heard and acted upon.
  • Initiative & Growth: Take ownership of projects, suggest improvements, and actively seek opportunities to grow within the role.
