Your role: You’ll be a key player in AppsFlyer’s continued growth in India, managing a book of business across existing Growth clients while bringing new customers into the fold. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to some of the most innovative app developers and marketers in the region, helping them unlock value through data-driven marketing and AppsFlyer’s suite of measurement solutions. You’ll also evangelize AppsFlyer as the Measurement Authority in India, driving adoption and market education. What you’ll do: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close, across existing and SMB & MId Market customers. Develop and implement account plans aligned with customer objectives and growth strategies. Drive value-based selling using MEDDPICC framework and Challenger Sales methodology Use data and insights to tell compelling stories, influencing customer strategy and demonstrating AppsFlyer’s business impact. Build strong relationships with decision makers across marketing, product, analytics, and leadership teams. Maintain a holistic view of your entire book of business to proactively identify growth opportunities, retention risks, and actions needed to improve performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and Resellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Develop deep expertise in competitor products and strategies, using that insight to craft clear competitive advantages and compelling, customer-specific value propositions. Ensure executional excellence by maintaining accurate forecasts, monitoring KPIs, and minimizing churn through proactive account management. Exceed revenue and retention targets with disciplined pipeline management and growth mindset. What you have: 5-8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS sales. Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota in competitive environments. Strong understanding of the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem, including mobile analytics, attribution, and marketing automation. Analytical and insight-driven, skilled at crafting data-driven narratives that influence decision-making. Highly proficient at leveraging AI and modern sales tools to force-multiply productivity, accelerate research, sharpen messaging, and elevate overall sales execution. Tech-forward, curious, and comfortable adopting new workflows that improve efficiency and customer value. Excellent communicator in English, confident engaging both technical and executive audiences. Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated by collaboration and shared success. Master’s degree preferred. Bonus Points: Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms.
