Account Manager OR Senior Account Executive – Social
We are officially hiring at One Green Bean and are looking for a super charged well-rounded Account Manager OR Senior Account Executive ready to step up to join our growing Social & Influencer team.
Job Description :

About You
You will be working on some great consumer accounts, from major global brands to fast moving Aussie start-ups. You will have big brand experience, having worked within either a social or integrated agency. You’ll work closely with the junior and senior members of the team, demonstrate a confident and trusted communications style and help to manage end- to- end campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to best practice standards.
  • Presents in an effective and persuasive manner.
  • Manage monthly retainer and campaign workflows.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to effectively meet client needs
  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate and mitigate issues before the arise.
  • Regularly monitor time and costs spent on projects/client work, including weekly fees against client budgets.

Social Media
Ideation, trend spotting, working with clients, managing internal approvals, paid experience, working with the creative and wider social team to manage time and priorities.

Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

  • Experience using 3rd party social media platforms like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or similar for planning and scheduling content, community management, and reporting.
  • Identifying trend and content opportunities for clients
  • Confident in briefing and managing content production with our OGB Studio team
  • Confident with content planning, copy writing and scheduling
  • Strong paid planning skills with the ability to identify and execute paid opportunities for your clients
  • Strong analytical skills including in-depth knowledge of social media metrics, including how to find actionable insights and improvements from data.
  • Ability to occasionally assist in influencer briefing and content management.

Skills Snapshot

  • Strong academic performance, ideally with a degree/diploma in marketing, communications, or any creative field but not necessary for someone with the right experience.
  • Experience in paid ads management across Meta and TikTok, bonus points for Google Ads experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Keynote, Canva
