Private Medical Associates Limited (PMA) is an established, highly successful franchise business offering leading private medical insurance, health cash plans, and dental cash plans to individuals, families and corporate clients of all sizes for the health insurance provider Western Provident Association (WPA)
You will be working closely with Frank Coelho, the business owner, providing health insurance advice to PMA’s valued new and existing clients.
Due to the nature of this role, some co-working will be required but the role will be performed predominantly remotely, with hours flexible to suit, although please note, on rare occasions, you will need to be available to contact people outside normal working hours for some of the duties.

Key Duties - Account Manager

  • Selling health insurance products to new customers.
  • Attending networking meetings/conferences to build relationships and promote business.
  • Setting up prospective client accounts in database system and recording sensitive information.
  • Building and maintaining a database of new leads.
  • Using and maintaining social media to promote business and record reviews.
  • Building and maintaining an active introducer network.
  • Maintaining current working knowledge of industry and competitors.
  • Assisting with research activities, strategy and idea generation to source and attract new customers.
  • Use data and information from clients to run insurance quotes to support new business activities.
  • Prepare compliance related documentation for customers.
  • Ad hoc project work and administrative duties including cover whilst Director is away.
