Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Manager you will be part of the Grid Automation business unit. You will be expected to lead the sales process for existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Hitachi’s current clients. You will be responsible for selling products and Systems within the entire Grid Automation business unit product portfolio. You will be based in the Danish office in Ballerup.

SOME OF YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • You will be responsible for selling products and systems (primarily RTU, Protection systems, SCADA, Enterprise Software).
  • Visit customers to nurture long-lasting customer relationships
  • Responding to RFQs and preparing quotes for customers
  • Negotiating contracts and occasionally updating framework agreements
  • Coordination with project managers and specialists
  • Submitting assignments to the engineering department
