Hologic's mission is to become the global leader in women's health. Our Breast & Skeletal Health division offers a comprehensive portfolio of solutions that enable healthcare professionals to detect, diagnose, and treat breast and skeletal conditions early.

To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a dedicated, goal-oriented, and experienced Account Manager (m/f/d) for the sales region of Bavaria (postal codes 8 and 9, excluding 99). This is an exciting opportunity to actively develop and sustainably build a high-growth region.

What you can expect:

  • Development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Bavaria region
  • Building, maintaining and developing relationships with hospitals, doctors and relevant decision-makers
  • Active expansion of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) networks and structured planning of customer engagement
  • Distribution of a diverse portfolio in the field of breast biopsy, including:
    • Consumables (e.g. needles and markers – short sales cycles)
    • Capital equipment such as Brevera and ATEC systems (longer sales cycles)
  • Support for clinical applications, product demonstrations and on-site procedures
  • Analysis of market and competitive developments and passing on relevant insights to management.
  • Close collaboration with Clinical Application Specialists and cross-functional teams
  • Participation in regional and national events, congresses and trade fairs
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company guidelines

What we expect:

  • Experience in sales within the medical technology sector or a comparable healthcare environment
  • Understanding of hospital structures, procurement processes and reimbursement mechanisms
  • Ability to successfully manage both short-term sales cycles (consumables) and long-term investment decisions (capital equipment).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • High willingness to travel in the sales region of Bavaria
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented work style
  • Ability to operate successfully in a dynamic and less structured environment
  • Confident use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Completed studies in business administration, natural sciences or a comparable field

Why Hologic?

  • Opportunity to actively contribute to improving women's health
  • Responsibility for an important, high-growth sales territory with high potential
  • Attractive compensation package including bonus (up to 40% commission) and company car
  • Working with innovative technologies and a strong product portfolio
  • A supportive and collegial work environment with development opportunities.
  • Opportunities for further development, e.g. into future roles such as field trainer
